Responsibilities

• Assist clients throughout the loan application process, ensuring accurate and complete documentation.

• Maintain knowledge of all loan products and their requirements.
• Deliver excellent customer service and coordinate with departments to ensure smooth loan release.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
