• Assist clients throughout the loan application process, ensuring accurate and complete documentation.
• Responsible for the timely screening and processing of endorsed leads of the assigned branch,as well as regularly monitoring pending accounts to support sales objectives
• Maintain a strong knowledge of all loan products and their requirements.
• Deliver excellent customer service to the clients.
• Coordinates with other departments to ensure a smooth process until loan release.6. Perform other tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
