Shore360 in the Philippines is seeking a Loan Processor to manage each deal from application through settlement for an Australian asset finance brokerage serving business owners nationwide.

This role is not a phone position and requires owning files with daily progress, attention to lender policy, accurate CRM updates, and KPI-driven performance. You'll use Lend CRM and lender portals with full SOP training.

• At least 1 year of processing experience in Australian asset finance and/or mortgage broking.
• Clear, professional written English.
• Sharp attention to detail and documentation discipline.
• Process-driven approach with urgency to meet deadlines.
• Comfort being measured on KPIs for submission speed and settlement turnaround.

Responsabilidades

• Review ~20 new applications weekly against lender policy.
• Submit complete, accurate files to minimize lender rejections.
• Ensure live files progress daily without stalls.
• Update CRM on the same day for all file activity.
• Follow up on outstanding items with the broker and client as proficiency grows.
• Prepare settlement packs and lodge them for settlement.
• Notify broker immediately if a file is delayed or at risk.

About the Role:

As a Loan Processor, you will manage each deal from application through to settlement for a growing Australian asset finance brokerage that arranges finance for vehicles, equipment, and machinery for business owners nationwide.

This is a specialist processing seat. It is not a phone role, and there are no outbound calls. You own the file and keep it moving every day.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Review approximately 20 new applications each week against lender policy
• Submit complete and accurate files, with the aim of eliminating lender rejections due to missing information
• Ensure every live file progresses daily, with no files left to stall
• Update the CRM on the same day for every file activity, ensuring all actions are accurately recorded
• Follow up on outstanding items through the broker (internal email initially, with client-facing email to follow as proficiency is demonstrated)
• Prepare settlement packs and lodge them for settlement
• Notify the broker immediately when a file is delayed, stalled, or at risk

Systems you'll use:

Lend CRM, a range of Australian lender portals (with full training through our SOP video library), and your own company email address

What you'll bring:

• At least 1 year of processing experience in Australian asset finance and/or mortgage broking, including lodgements, lender portals, and settlements
• Clear, professional written English
• Sharp attention to detail, the kind that spots a missing document before the lender does
• A process-driven approach and a strong sense of urgency, since deadlines are the job
• Comfort being measured on KPIs for submission speed, settlement turnaround, and file quality (finalised during onboarding)
