A leading BPO company in the Philippines is seeking a skilled processor with over 4 years of experience in the mortgage industry. The role involves reviewing loan applications, verifying detailed financial information, and ensuring compliance throughout the lending process. Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a processor for an Australia-based mortgage broker.
• Ability to read payslips, tax returns, and financials.
• Extensive experience in managing the entire lending process from start to settlement.
• Experienced with multi-property and self-employed clients.
• Skilled at researching lender policy and workshop scenarios with BDMs.
• Extensive experience handling the end-to-end lending process from information gathering to settlement.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with underwriters/creditors to ensure timely processing.
• Communicate with customers to request additional information if needed.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.

8.30am to 5pm AEST 4+years working as a processor for an Australia-based mortgage broker Must know how to read payslips, tax return & financials. Must know how to verify applicant information and living expenses Must be experienced with multi-property clients, self-employed clients Must have experience actively finding solutions for clients via researching lender policy and workshopping scenarios with BDM'S Extensive experience handling entire lending process from information gathering stage to settlement
