Job summary

Shore360 is seeking a Loan Processor in the Philippines to manage deals from application to settlement for an Australian asset finance broker. This role is specialist processing, not a phone role, with full ownership of files and daily progress duties.

You will review applications, submit complete files, maintain CRM updates, and drive timely settlements while meeting lender requirements and KPIs. On-site with Shore360 perks and a strong team culture.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of processing experience in Australian asset finance and/or mortgage broking, including lodgements, lender portals, and settlements.
• Strong written English with professional communication.
• A methodical, deadline-driven approach to file progression.

Responsibilities

• Review ~20 new applications weekly against lender policy.
• Submit complete and accurate files to minimize lender rejections.
• Ensure live files progress daily with no stalls.
• Update the CRM for every file activity on the same day.
• Follow up on outstanding items via broker and client communications as proficiency grows.
• Prepare settlement packs and lodge them for settlement.
• Notify the broker immediately when a file is delayed or at risk.
