Infinit-O in the Philippines is seeking an experienced loan operations professional to manage front‑to‑back lifecycle processing and controls across a diversified private credit portfolio. The role emphasizes accurate trade capture, loan servicing, cash‑flow management, and timely payment processing with robust operational controls.

Collaborate closely with Front Office, facility agents, banks, and internal support teams to ensure timely loan lifecycle events and maintain high‑quality data

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field.
• 1–5 years of related work experience.
• Proficiency with loan processing software and financial databases.
• High degree of accuracy for managing sensitive financial data.

Responsabilités

• Loan and Document Management: Uploading and organizing all loan documents and data for new deals and amendments in the loan ops platform.
• Transaction and Portfolio Administration: Book new deals, process transaction history, handle payments and accruals, input drawdown notices and payoffs.
• Compliance and Covenant Tracking: Monitor borrower obligations, track covenants, and notify borrowers/lenders of reports due.
• Data and Reporting: Maintain accurate data, prepare bespoke exports and reports for internal review and client materials.
• Client Request Fulfillment: Respond to data requests and provide documents or summaries from portfolios.
• Knowledge Base Management: Contribute to internal knowledge base with common requests and best practices.
