Job summary

South Asialink Finance Corporation in Malabon is seeking an entry-level Marketing/Customer Service Associate to review loan applications, verify documents, and support marketing efforts.

You will monitor endorsements to Head Office, perform telemarketing for loan renewals, and assist Loan Consultants with campaigns while handling inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins. A 6-month related experience and strong communication are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
• At least six months of relevant experience in marketing or customer service.
• Good communication, marketing, and interpersonal skills.
• Persuasive, assertive, creative, and results-oriented.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
• Computer proficient.

Responsibilities

• Review loan applications and verify the completeness of client documents before endorsing them to the Account Officer and Marketing Assistant at Head Office.
• Monitor the status of loan applications and documents endorsed to the Head Office.
• Conduct telemarketing activities to encourage clients to renew their loans.
• Assist and support Loan Consultants/Agents in marketing activities and campaigns.
• Tag newly assigned Loan Consultants in the Loan Management System.
• Prepare daily reports for Trans-In, Trans-Out, Hold, and Pending Accounts.
• Conduct basic orientation for newly onboarded Loan Consultants.
• Process renewal commission requests for Loan Consultants with released accounts.
• Handle customer inquiries through telephone, email, and walk-in transactions.
• Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.
