Job summary

PETNET, INC. is seeking a customer-focused professional to support loan applications and branch operations at Perahub Branch Lite Santiago, Isabela—Jubilee Hotel, 210 Bayaua St. Centro East, Santiago City. You will assist customers with loan requirements, statuses, and branch experiences.

This role covers loan processing, permits, documentation, and coordination with internal teams for system issues. Fresh graduates are welcome; shifts include weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must graduate of any four-year course or with 2 year-course vocational graduate.
• 1 year of sales and cash handling experience preferred.
• Willing to work shifting schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Assigned to Perahub Branch Lite Santiago, Isabela – Jubilee Hotel 210 Bayaua St. Centro East, Santiago City.

Your Impact on the Business

Key Responsibilities:

CUSTOMER

• Process loan applications efficiently and accurately.

• Provide clear and courteous assistance to clients regarding loan requirements, status updates, and product inquiries.

• Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience at the branch.

OPERATIONS

• Process business permits and other branch operational requirements.

• Maintain organized and complete documentation of all LAC-related transactions.

• Coordinate with internal teams on system issues, supplies, tools, connectivity, and administrative needs.

• Ensure compliance with branch operations standards, documentation rules, and audit requirements

SALES AND LEAD GENERATION

• Generate leads by approaching walk-in clients and identifying potential borrowers from partner locations.

• Promote loan products during non-peak hours through simple in-branch activations or informational conversations via social media platform or actual visits and flyering at Unionbank branch/es.

• Track and report leads generated, conversion outcomes, and sales-related contributions.

INNOVATION

• Recommend project and process improvement ideas together with team members.

• Participate in the execution of approved LAC Plans, Strategies, and operational improvements.

• Support pilot testing or rollout of new systems, tools, and procedures.

• Others

• Proactively take on additional responsibilities and administrative tasks as required by the immediate head.

• Assist other LACs and branch teams in documentation or operations when needed..

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of any four-year course or with 2 year-course vocational graduate

• 2nd year College undergraduate with at least 1-year experience in sales and cash handling.

• Must be willing to work on a shifting schedule, that includes weekends and holidays.

• Must be flexible, resilient and goal oriented.
