In Account Management, you will monitor loan payments, prepare utilization and renewal reports, and ensure compliant documentation. You will cross-sell group products and contribute to monthly sales plans aimed at growing the branch portfolio.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of lending sales experience.
• Solid understanding of lending products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer satisfaction orientation and sales competencies.
• Ability to work in a goal-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Solicits potential quality loan clients.
• Attends to referrals and sets client calls/appointments; presents product features.
• Inputs client information into the system for pipeline monitoring.
• Conducts initial credit investigation to determine eligibility.
• Collects and verifies documentary requirements for credit evaluation.
• Coordinates with Lending Center Head and submits Loan Recommendation Memo for evaluation by Credit Department.
• Creates opportunities to cross-sell Palawan Pawnshop Group products and services.
• Prepares monthly sales plans including area mapping and listing of prospective clients.
• Regularly monitor clients’ loan payments for timely action until fully settled.
• Conduct a loan utilization report 30 days after loan release to verify use against declared purpose.
• Conducts regular maintenance calls at least every 6 months for renewal and follow-up.
• Processes loan renewals and additional credit lines when applicable.
• Performs procedures on mortgage of collaterals for borrower’s accounts security.
• Assists during loan disbursements.
• Ensures compliance of deficient documents as per Checklist of Documentary Requirements.
• Conducts client follow-up for updated requirements like tax compliance, insurance, and other clearances.
• Prepares detailed monthly remedial actions.
