The role covers sales and marketing, client referrals, credit pre-screening, document collection, and collaboration with the Credit Department to evaluate loan packages. It also includes cross-selling and monthly sales planning.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of sales experience in lending with a financing company, cooperative or bank.
• Solid understanding of lending products and practices.
• Customer satisfaction orientation and sales competencies.

Responsibilities

• Solicits quality loan clients.
• Attend client referrals; set calls and present features.
• Input client data for pipeline monitoring.
• Conduct initial credit screening for eligibility.
• Collect documentary requirements for credit eval.
• Submit Loan Recommendation Memo to Credit Department.
• Cross-sell Palawan Pawnshop products and services.
• Prepare monthly sales plans with area mapping.
• Monitor loan payments for timely action.
• Generate loan utilization reports after release.
• Do maintenance calls for renewals and follow-ups.
• Process loan renewals and additional lines.
• Handle mortgage collateral procedures.
• Assist clients during loan disbursement.
• Ensure documents meet checklist requirements.
• Follow up on updated tax/insurance requirements.
• Prepare monthly remedial reports.
