Job summary

Eight Under Par (Pawnshop Operator), Inc. is seeking a Sales & Marketing professional in General Santos to drive loan client acquisition and manage end-to-end client relationships. The role includes soliciting prospects, evaluating eligibility, and coordinating with the lending team to ensure smooth loan processing.

The position requires 1–3 years of lending sales experience, strong communication skills, and a customer-focused approach to meet targets in a fast-paced pawnshop lending environment.

Qualifications

• At least 1–3 years of sales experience in lending with a financing company, cooperative or bank.
• Solid understanding of lending products and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer satisfaction orientation and sales competencies.
• Ability to work in a goal‑oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Solicits potential quality loan clients and presents product features to prospective clients.
• Attends to referrals from Palawan Pawnshop branches; sets calls/appointments and explains features.
• Inputs client information into the system for pipeline monitoring and management.
• Conducts initial credit investigation to determine eligibility of prospective clients.
• Collects and authenticates documentary requirements for credit evaluation and appraisal.
• Coordinates with Lending Center Head and submits Loan Recommendation Memo for loan package review.
• Creates opportunities to cross-sell Palawan Pawnshop Group products and services.
• Prepares monthly sales plans including area mapping and prospective client lists.
• Monitors loan payments for timely action until settlement.
• Performs mortgage collateral procedures and assists during loan disbursements.
• Ensures compliance of deficient documents per checklist.
