Job summary

Eight Under Par (Pawnshop Operator), Inc. seeks a Sales & Marketing professional to drive loan client acquisition, handle referrals, and present product features. You will input client data for pipeline tracking and conduct initial credit investigations to determine eligibility.

You will coordinate with the Lending Center Head, submit Loan Recommendation Memo for evaluation, and look for cross-selling opportunities. You will also prepare monthly sales plans and monitor payments post-disbursement.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of sales experience in lending with a financing company, cooperative or bank.
• Solid understanding of lending products and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer satisfaction orientation and sales competencies.
• Ability to work in a goal-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Solicits potential quality loan clients.
• Attends to referrals from Palawan Pawnshop branches; sets calls/appointments and presents product features.
• Inputs client information into the system for pipeline monitoring and management.
• Conducts initial credit investigations to determine eligibility.
• Collects documents for credit evaluation and appraisal.
• Coordinates with Lending Center Head and submits Loan Recommendation Memo for evaluation by Credit Department.
• Cross-sells Palawan Pawnshop Group products and services.
• Prepares monthly sales plans including area mapping and prospective client lists.
• Regularly monitor clients’ loan payments until settled.
• Conducts loan utilization reports after disbursement.
• Performs periodic maintenance calls for renewals and follow-ups.
• Processes loan renewals and additional credit lines.
• Handles mortgage of collaterals and assists during disbursements.
• Ensures compliance with documentary requirements.
