Job summary

Support Services Group is seeking an experienced Learning & Development professional to design engaging e-learning content and manage LMS duties for APAC members. You will collaborate with SMEs and the Training team to deliver innovative content across eLearning, virtual classes, and instructor-led formats.

The role emphasizes applying sound instructional design principles, utilizing SCORM/AICC standards, and driving improvements in training materials and processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in Learning & Development, preferably in a BPO or Call Center.
• Experience developing course curriculum including maps, content, quizzes and interactive exercises.
• Experience controlling Learning Management Systems.
• Proficiency with design tools like Adobe Illustrator or Canva.
• Ability to quickly learn the business' products and processes.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with SMEs to identify key knowledge, skills, and abilities for learning objectives.
• Develop prototypes, storyboards, scripts, course content, simulations, and assessments for learning solutions.
• Create learning materials using eLearning authoring tools.
• Apply best practices for e-learning design, templates, and production efficiency.
• Manage LMS duties including enrollment, reporting, and course creation.
• Ensure content aligns with adult learning principles and SCORM/AICC standards.
