Job summary

AI Rudder is seeking an LLM Product Delivery Specialist to design and deliver Voicebot/Chatbot solutions powered by LLMs. You will write prompts, tune flows, and analyze conversations to optimize performance.

You’ll manage the full project lifecycle, collaborate with business and tech teams, and stay ahead of AI developments to inform product improvements. Based in the Philippines with occasional remote collaboration.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or above; able to communicate professionally in English.
2+ years of experience in Chatbot or Voicebot product delivery with LLM apps.
Some technical background; able to read code logic and basic Python.
Familiar with major LLM platforms such as OpenAI API or Claude; prompt tuning basics.
Strong data analysis and writing skills for structured prompts and flows.

Responsibilities

Design and deliver end-to-end Voicebot/Chatbot solutions powered by LLMs from launch to iteration.
Analyze conversation data and identify model output issues; develop optimization strategies.
Write Python scripts to support testing, data processing, and reporting.
Manage full delivery lifecycle with stakeholders across teams and vendors.
Stay current on LLM/conversational AI developments and drive product improvements.
Collaborate across teams to support other project needs and future rollouts.
