Home Credit Philippines seeks an AI Product Manager – VoiceBOTs to lead strategy, development, and ownership of conversational voicebot solutions using Google Dialogflow across the organization. You will drive end-to-end delivery from ideation to deployment, provide technical guidance on Dialogflow CX/NLU, and collaborate with operations, collections, CRM, and customer experience teams.

The role requires 3+ years in AI, ML, NLP, cloud platforms, and strong metrics-driven leadership; hybrid work

Qualifications

• 3+ years in AI-related roles.
• Experience with ML, DL, and NLP methods.
• Ability to define project scope, objectives, and metrics.
• Hands-on with Dialogflow CX/NLU and cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Define and own product vision and roadmap for voicebot solutions.
• Lead end-to-end delivery from ideation to deployment and optimization.
• Provide guidance on Dialogflow CX/NLU configurations and fulfillment.
• Collaborate with operations, collections, CRM, and customer experience.
• Lead a cross-functional team of AI specialists, data scientists, and QA engineers.
