Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a commercially driven MCN BD / Creator Operations Lead to grow and manage a creator ecosystem across TikTok Shop, influencer marketing, affiliate commerce, and livestreaming. You will work with TikTok creators, livestreamers, affiliates, MCNs, talent agencies, brands, or sellers; manage multiple campaigns and deadlines; and create dashboards, performance reports, and campaign summaries.

KPIs include GMV, orders, conversions, and traffic.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Advertising, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in BD, Creator Operations, Influencer Marketing, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of TikTok Shop, Live Commerce, Influencer Marketing, and Creator Economy.
• Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills, including advanced functions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow creator ecosystem across TikTok Shop, influencer marketing, affiliate commerce, and livestreaming.
• Work with TikTok creators, livestreamers, affiliates, MCNs, talent agencies, brands, or sellers.
• Manage multiple creators, campaigns, and deadlines.
• Create dashboards, performance reports, campaign summaries, or presentations.
• Conduct creator-brand matchmaking, campaign sourcing, creator recruitment, or partnership development.
• Monitor live commerce KPIs such as GMV, orders, conversion, traffic, sessions, voucher utilization, and ads spending.
