We’re hiring a Creator Partnerships Manager to grow and manage our network of streamers, creators, and online partners in the e-casino and online gaming space. You’ll work closely with casino streamers and content creators to build high-impact partnerships, launch campaigns, and drive player engagement while ensuring brand and regulatory compliance.

This role is ideal for someone who understands casino streaming culture, creator marketing, and fast-moving startup environments.

Responsibilities

• Source, recruit, and onboard casino streamers, influencers, and content creators.
• Manage daily coordination with creators, including schedules, content plans, and campaign execution.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with gaming communities, affiliates, and digital platforms.
• Plan and execute creator-led promotions, live streams, and brand collaborations.
• Coordinate with Marketing, PR, Compliance, and Operations teams to ensure aligned messaging and execution.
• Monitor creator performance (views, engagement, sign-ups, deposits, retention) and prepare reports.
• Ensure creators follow brand guidelines, platform rules, and applicable gaming regulations.
• Act as the primary point of contact for creators regarding concerns, updates, and partnership growth.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, affiliates, or online gaming/e-casino.
• Strong knowledge of streaming platforms (Facebook Gaming, X, YouTube, TikTok, IG, Threads etc).
• Understanding of responsible gaming and compliance requirements is a plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
• Highly organized and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Background in casino, betting, or iGaming content is an advantage.
