Job summary

Lazada Philippines is seeking a passionate Merchandise & Strategy professional to develop and execute live streaming assortment strategies aligned with local market trends. You will own daily live stream room operations and key accounts to drive GMV growth.

You will collaborate with MCN agencies and internal teams, analyze live streaming data in Excel, and translate insights into practical improvements across the business.

Qualifications

• Experience in e-commerce operations with live streaming on Lazada or Shopee in the Philippines.
• Deep understanding of Philippine consumer behavior and e-commerce ecosystem.
• Strong data analysis skills with advanced Excel (pivot, VLOOKUP, etc.).
• Excellent communication and coordination across cross-functional teams and partners.
• Prior resources with Philippine MCN agencies preferred.
• English proficiency required; Filipino/Tagalog or Mandarin a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute live streaming assortment strategies for the Philippine market.
• Own daily operations for official live stream rooms and key accounts to drive GMV.
• Leverage MCN agencies and coordinate with internal teams to execute projects.
• Monitor streaming data and generate actionable insights using Excel.
