Job summary

Funtastic International, Inc. is seeking a Live Stream Operator to manage the technical and operational side of live broadcasts. You will work closely with hosts and the E-Commerce/Marketing Team to ensure smooth, professional streams across TikTok Shop, Shopee, and Lazada.

The role requires comfort with streaming gear, strong organization, and the ability to respond quickly during live sessions. Fresh graduates with interest in e-commerce/live streaming are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

Experience in live streaming or e-commerce operations is preferred.
Familiar with cameras, microphones, lighting, and basic streaming gear.
Comfortable learning and operating live-streaming software and seller platforms.
Able to handle interruptions calmly with quick troubleshooting during broadcasts.

Responsibilities

Set up and operate streaming equipment for live sessions.
Manage technical operations on TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada, and other platforms.
Assist hosts by displaying products, adjusting links, and pinning items.
Monitor audio/video quality and internet connectivity during streams.
Troubleshoot issues quickly during live broadcasts.
Coordinate with hosts on product lineup, pricing, and promotions.
Prepare products, props, and materials before each session.
Monitor live comments, clicks, orders, and engagement as needed.
Manage on-screen graphics, overlays, and promotional visuals.
Perform pre-live checks to verify links, products, and promotions.
