Job summary

Funtastic International, Inc. is seeking a Live Stream Operator to manage the technical and operational side of live broadcasts. You will work closely with hosts and the E-Commerce/Marketing Team to ensure smooth, professional streams across TikTok Shop, Shopee, and Lazada.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

About the role

The Live Stream Operator will be responsible for the technical and operational side of live streams, working closely with live hosts and the E-Commerce/Marketing Team to ensure every broadcast runs smoothly, professionally, and without interruptions. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable with technology, organized, quick to respond during live sessions, and familiar with social media and e-commerce platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and operate equipment for live streaming, including cameras, microphones, lighting, computers, phones, and other streaming equipment.
• Manage the technical operations of live selling sessions on TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada, and other platforms.
• Assist live hosts during broadcasts by displaying products, changing product links, pinning items, managing vouchers, promotions, and other live-selling features.
• Monitor audio, video quality, internet connection, lighting, and overall stream quality throughout each session.
• Troubleshoot technical problems quickly during live broadcasts.
• Coordinate with hosts regarding the product lineup, pricing, promotions, vouchers, and selling sequence.
• Prepare and organize products, props, equipment, and live-streaming materials before each session.
• Monitor live comments, viewer activity, product clicks, orders, and other engagement when required.
• Help manage live-stream graphics, promotional materials, backgrounds, overlays, and other visual assets.
• Conduct pre-live testing to make sure all equipment, links, products, and promotions are working properly.

About you

• Preferably with experience in live streaming, TikTok Live, Shopee Live, LazLive, broadcasting, video production, or e-commerce operations.
• Familiar with computers, smartphones, cameras, microphones, lighting, and basic streaming equipment.
• Comfortable learning and operating live-streaming software and e-commerce seller platforms.
• Basic knowledge of video, audio, lighting, and internet/network troubleshooting is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage several tasks at the same time.
• Able to stay calm and solve problems quickly during live broadcasts.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Familiarity with TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms is an advantage.
• Willing to work flexible schedules depending on scheduled live-streaming sessions.
