Job summary

Shin Media Inc. in Cebu City is seeking a Livestream Operations Specialist to set up and run TikTok Live sessions, monitor quality, and coordinate with hosts and the marketing team.

You will perform pre-live checks, troubleshoot issues, manage stream settings, engage viewers, and help improve processes. Flexibility for evenings/weekends; on-site at Capitol Square, Escario, Cebu City.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts, IT, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in livestream operations, content production, or similar role preferred.
• Familiarity with TikTok Live and broadcasting platforms.
• Basic knowledge of audio, lighting, camera setup, and connectivity troubleshooting.
• Strong technical, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Set up, monitor, and operate TikTok Live streaming sessions to ensure smooth and uninterrupted Livestream.

Conduct pre-live checks on internet connectivity, audio, lighting, camera, and streaming equipment.

Provide technical support to live hosts during livestream, including managing stream settings, transitions, and on-screen elements.

Monitor livestream performance and promptly troubleshoot technical issues to minimize disruptions.

Assist in managing live comments, audience interactions, and stream engagement to enhance viewer experience.

Coordinate with hosts and the marketing team to ensure successful execution of livestream campaigns.

Track livestream performance and provide recommendations for process and quality improvements.

Qualifications:
