Job summary

Greenstone Pharmaceutical H.K., Inc. is seeking a dynamic Livestream Host to promote health products and engage viewers during live sessions in the Philippines.

You will present features, respond to questions, and drive sales with energetic demonstrations. You should be comfortable on camera, possess excellent communication and presentation skills, and be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and promotional events.

Key Responsibilities

• Host engaging and interactive livestream sessions to promote and sell products.

• Present product features, benefits, pricing, promotions, and offers clearly and enthusiastically.

• Interact with viewers by answering questions, responding to comments, and encouraging engagement.

• Demonstrate products and provide helpful information to customers during live sessions.

• Create a fun, welcoming, and professional atmosphere that encourages viewers to stay and participate.

• Encourage viewers to purchase products through effective calls-to-action.

• Stay updated on product knowledge, current promotions, and livestream trends.

• Monitor livestream performance and contribute ideas to improve engagement and sales.

• Maintain a professional appearance and positive brand image throughout every livestream.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Livestream Host, Online Seller, Sales Promoter, Presenter, Content Creator, or similar role is preferred.

• Confident and comfortable speaking in front of a camera.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Energetic, expressive, and able to keep an audience engaged.

• Strong interpersonal and customer-service skills.

• Able to think quickly and respond naturally to audience questions and comments.

• Comfortable working with sales targets and performance metrics.

• Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and promotional events when required.

• Familiarity with TikTok, Facebook Live, Shopee Live, Lazada Live, or similar platforms is an advantage.

• Basic knowledge of social media and e-commerce is a plus.
