Job summary

Ipason Technology Inc. is seeking a dynamic Livestream Supervisor in Manila to lead a team of live operators, moderators, and other staff. You will oversee real-time broadcasts on e-commerce platforms, ensuring smooth execution and strong sales performance.

You will coach staff, schedule shifts, monitor GMV and engagement, optimize on-the-fly promotions, and coordinate with marketing to plan topics, product drops, and discounts while upholding platform guidelines.

Qualifications

Key responsibilities

• Team Supervision: Lead a group of live operators, moderators, and other members of the team. Set work schedules and assign daily streaming duties.

• Live Execution: Oversee real-time broadcasts on platforms like TikTok Shop and Shopee Live. Fix technical or audio problems immediately during live sessions.

• Sales and Performance Tracking: Monitor viewer counts, engagement rates, and gross merchandise value (GMV). Adjust promotions and host scripts on the fly to boost sales. Coordinate with marketing teams to plan livestream topics, product drops, and special discount schedules.

Required Skills:

• Fast-paced Communication: Ability to think and speak clearly under pressure during live events.

• Platform Knowledge: Deep familiarity with e-commerce live tools, voucher setups, and community guidelines.
