Job summary

New Day Trading Co. is seeking a Livestream Operations Specialist to manage the technical side of our TikTok livestreams, ensuring high-quality video and audio output and smooth broadcasts.

You will coordinate with hosts, monitor viewer engagement, troubleshoot issues, and maintain equipment. The role requires excellent English communication, strong audience engagement skills, and the ability to work a shifting mid-night schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Media, or a related field.
• At least 6 months of experience in livestreaming or broadcasting.
• Proficiency in English language and written communication.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage an audience effectively.
• Familiarity with social media platforms, particularly TikTok, and understanding of livestreaming dynamics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
