Job summary

AnyMind Group in Makati is seeking a live commerce talent development leader to upskill creators, optimize on-camera sales, and standardize growth playbooks across live streams, short-form video, and affiliate campaigns.

You will coach hosts and affiliates, design training modules, SOPs, and guidelines, and partner with brand managers to align campaigns with brand voice while maintaining authentic creator personas.

Qualifications

2–3 years in Live Commerce or Social Content.
Experience coaching live hosts and creators.
Knowledge of TikTok Shop, Shopee Live, and Lazada Live.
Strong live selling and engagement strategies.

Responsibilities

Monitor performance across Live Commerce streams and social content.
Analyze KPIs like GMV, retention, CTR, and conversions.
Coach creators and affiliates on sales techniques and messaging.
Develop SOPs, scripts, and guidelines for hosts and creators.
Design training modules on live selling, hooks, and retention.
Coordinate with Talent Operations to onboard new creators.
