You will prepare scripts and host sessions, while collaborating with marketing and livestream teams to deliver compelling content and promotions. Prior experience is not required, with training provided to grow your live hosting skills.

Qualifications

• No prior live hosting experience required; training will be provided.

• Team-oriented, willing to support fellow hosts both on and off camera.
• Preferred: Prior experience in beauty, lifestyle, fashion, or retail brands.

Responsibilities

• Host live selling sessions with energy, confidence, and charisma.
• Present products in a clear, persuasive, and relatable way to encourage sales conversions.
• Interact with viewers in real time by answering questions, responding to comments, and building audienceconnection.
• Highlight product features, benefits, promotions, and bundles during broadcasts.
• Support co-hosts during live sessions,assistingwith product handling, swatches/try-ons, and smooth on-camera transitions.
• Prepare scripts, product notes, and talking points prior to livestreams.
• Assistin creating short-form content (videos, captions, promotional materials) when not hosting live.
• Adapt on the spot during livestreams tomaintainflow and adjust to audience feedback.
• Coordinate with the marketing and livestream operations teams to plan content and promotional strategies.
• Share feedback and insights on trending or highly requested products based on audience interactions.
• Contribute creative ideas to improve live commerce strategies and audience engagement.
