Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor live events, broadcasts, or streaming sessions
• Set up and test equipment (audio, video, lighting, or streaming tools) before going live
• Provide real-time technical support and quickly resolve issues during events
• Communicate with hosts, performers, vendors, and technical teams
• Monitor audience engagement, comments, and live interactions (for digital events)
• Ensure event schedules and run-of-show timelines are followed
• Maintain safety standards and crowd control when required
• Prepare post-event reports and provide feedback for improvement
