Job summary

Klaiya is seeking an E-Commerce Live Production & Graphics Team Lead in Manila to oversee the production and graphics team for livestream projects. The role ensures smooth live operations, high-quality visuals, and timely delivery while guiding the team and coordinating with other departments.

The position requires onsite work at Binondo, Manila, with shifting schedules. Ideal candidates have a background in livestream production, graphic design, or technical operations and prior leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in livestream production, graphic design, or technical operations.
• Previous team lead or supervisory experience is an advantage.
• Knowledge of OBS Studio, livestream platforms, and graphic design tools.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills.
• Creative, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules onsite in Binondo, Manila.

• Help improve production workflows and team processes.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of production equipment and software.
