Job summary

Klaiya in Manila is seeking an E-Commerce Live Production & Graphics Supervisor to lead the Live Production and Graphics team supporting livestream projects. The role ensures smooth live operations, quality visuals, and timely delivery while guiding the team and coordinating with other departments.

A Bachelor's degree in IT, Multimedia Arts, or Graphic Design is preferred, along with experience in livestream production, graphic design, and prior supervision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, or related field preferred.
• Experience in livestream production, graphic design, or technical operations.
• Previous team lead or supervisory experience is an advantage.
• Knowledge of OBS Studio, livestream platforms, and graphic design tools.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the Live Production and Graphics team.
• Oversee livestream setup, technical operations, and production requirements.
• Review graphics, overlays, layouts, and other visual materials for quality and consistency.
• Assign tasks and monitor team deliverables and deadlines.
• Troubleshoot technical and production issues during livestreams.
• Coordinate with Live Hosts, Live Admins, Account Managers, and other teams.
• Provide coaching, guidance, and feedback to team members.
• Help improve production workflows and team processes.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of production equipment and software.
