Job summary

Sunley M&E Engineering Pte Ltd is seeking a diligent Site Electrical Engineer to monitor and ensure the overall progress of the project remains on schedule. You will design, plan, coordinate site electrical works, and attend site meetings with the main contractor, consultants, and architects.

You will prepare drawings and technical submissions, monitor costs and the project’s financial performance, keep the project within budget and timeline, and submit monthly Progress Claims.

Qualifications

• Experience in electrical trade for HDB/ Condominium/Commercial projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and review operational costs and be responsible for the project's financial performance.
• Monitor the project's progress within budget and timeline.
• Prepare and submit monthly Progress Claims.
• Negotiable with Main Contractors on Progress Claim and VO payments.
• Managing relationships between internal and external stakeholders.
