Job summary

Country City Investments Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Precinct Operations Executive to be the operational backbone of a large-scale lifestyle precinct opening in 2027, focusing on tenants, maintenance, and supplier coordination.

You will manage onboarding, be the first contact for tenants, supervise day-to-day site operations, and work with vendors to keep facilities compliant and well-run. English communication and hands-on field work are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of facilities management or property operations experience.
• Strong communication in English; professional tenant interactions.
• Experience coordinating maintenance and vendors.
• Familiarity with heritage or conservation buildings preferred.
• Understanding of building systems at an operational level.
• Experience in lifestyle precincts or mixed-use developments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants on operational matters — unit handovers, defect reporting, maintenance requests, access, utilities, and general queries.
• Guide new tenants through onboarding — house rules, waste management, loading bay protocols, access hours, and facility usage.
• Conduct regular walkthroughs of tenant units to identify and flag issues early.
• Coordinate and follow up on defects and maintenance requests with vendors or contractors.
• Maintain a clear tenant communications log — every query raised and resolution tracked.
• Oversee day-to-day precinct operations — common areas, landscape, amenities, utilities, and shared facilities.
• Coordinate with external contractors, vendors, and service providers for maintenance and repairs.
• Monitor and manage service contracts — ensure work is scheduled, to standard, and within budget.
• Maintain an asset register with equipment, maintenance schedules, and service histories.
• Prepare monthly operations reports covering maintenance status and issues.
