TS Group is seeking an Operations Executive to oversee the daily operations of our residential accommodation at HHOM, 1A Short Street in Singapore. The role focuses on coordinating site operations, maintenance, housekeeping and resident support to ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment for healthcare professionals.

The position requires multitasking, strong coordination, and excellent communication.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the daily operations of the residential accommodation.
• Conduct regular inspections for cleanliness, safety and maintenance.
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and follow-up on issues.
• Liaise with contractors, vendors, and service providers.
• Monitor housekeeping to maintain high cleanliness standards.
• Attend to residents' enquiries and operational requests professionally.
• Prepare operational reports, inspection records and documentation.
• Monitor inventory and ensure compliance with policies.
• Support other operational and administrative duties as assigned.
