Job summary

NNIT Philippines seeks a Solution Factory Country Lead to establish and lead our Philippines-based solution engineering and technical presales capability for global customers, especially in Life Sciences. The role is hands-on, translating complex needs into credible architectures, winning proposals and reusable offerings across advisory, implementation, validation, application support and managed services.

You will recruit and lead solution architects, presales and engineers, drive RFP/RFI/RFQ

Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience combining technical presales and solution architecture.
• Hands-on experience leading technical proposals, SOWs and cost estimates.
• Broad understanding of enterprise IT services, cloud, apps and integration, including Microsoft presales.
• Ability to lead/build technical teams and engage executives and operations.
• Strong commercial judgment and ability to present value propositions.

Responsibilities

• Build, recruit, coach and lead a lean team of solution architects, presales and engineers.
• Lead technical presales from discovery to deal closure; respond to RFPs/RFQs and draft SOWs.
• Architect end-to-end customer solutions spanning advisory, compliance, validation and managed services.
• Shape Life Sciences IT offerings including GxP, CSV/CSA, Veeva Vault, Medidata and AI.
• Own scoping, estimation, cost models, resourcing, risks, and ROI cases for proposals.
• Develop repeatable solution portfolios and reference architectures.
• Engage C-suite to IT stakeholders and partner with Sales to close opportunities.
