Job summary

PSG Global Solutions, INC is seeking an experienced Life Sciences Recruiter to support talent acquisition across the EMEA region. You will connect with healthcare professionals, build strong pipelines, and manage candidates from sourcing to endorsement.

The role is hybrid (3x onsite) and full-time with ASAP start. You will work with a dynamic team, sourcing through job boards, ATS, and networking to meet hiring needs.

Qualifications

• 1+ year life sciences recruitment experience supporting the EMEA region.
• Experience sourcing and screening healthcare candidates.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Proficient with job boards, ATS, and sourcing tools.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
• Independent but collaborative with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Source and attract qualified healthcare professionals via job boards, social media, referrals, candidate databases.
• Conduct initial phone and virtual interviews to assess qualifications.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of healthcare talent for current and future hiring.
• Review resumes against job requirements.
• Present qualified candidates to hiring stakeholders with screening notes.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS.
• Track recruitment progress and provide updates on pipelines and sourcing activities.
• Deliver a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced Life Sciences Recruiter to join our team and support talent acquisition across the EMEA region.

In this role, you’ll connect with healthcare professionals, build strong talent pipelines, and manage candidates from initial sourcing and screening through endorsement. If you enjoy finding the right talent, engaging candidates, and working in a fast-paced recruitment environment, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

• Source and attract qualified healthcare professionals through job boards, social media, referrals, candidate databases, and other recruitment channels.
• Conduct initial phone and virtual interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications, experience, and suitability.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of healthcare talent for current and future hiring needs.
• Review resumes and evaluate candidate credentials against job requirements.
• Present qualified candidates to hiring stakeholders with comprehensive screening notes.
• Maintain accurate and updated candidate records in the ATS.
• Track recruitment progress and provide regular updates on candidate pipelines and sourcing activities.
• Deliver a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  

What We’re Looking For

• At least 1 year of life sciences recruitment experience supporting the EMEA region.
• Proven experience sourcing and screening candidates for healthcare positions.
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Hands-on experience with job boards, ATS platforms, and other sourcing tools.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with recruitment stakeholders.
