Job summary

Manulife in the Philippines seeks a Financial Sales Associate to provide life insurance and wealth management solutions to clients through branch coordination. The role emphasizes proactive lead generation, client relationship building, and achieving sales targets while ensuring compliance.

Working in-office within the branch network, you will conduct sales calls, presentations, and KYC/CDD activities, supported by the bank's customers and product teams.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors/College Degree.
• Work experience in bancassurance sales is highly preferred; experience in banking, transport, pharmaceutical, FMCG, hospitality or IT industries is encouraged.
• Must be self-driven and highly motivated; good interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide life insurance and wealth management solutions to clients through bank branch coordination.
• Collaborate with branch sales and service teams to address protection, long-term savings, and investment needs.
• Assist in achieving sales goals and targets, including lead generation and cross-selling of products.
• Conduct client calls, sales presentations, and other sales activities; prepare plans and reports.
• Generate and deepen client relationships; ensure timely servicing and compliance.
