Job summary

Manulife Philippines seeks a Financial Sales Associate to provide life insurance and wealth management solutions to clients, working with branch teams to tailor protection and savings options. You will build and deepen client relationships through calls and presentations, while supporting sales targets and cross-selling Manulife products.

Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree, strong communication skills, and a self-motivated, proactive attitude; knowledge of KYC/CDD procedures is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/College degree required.
• Bancassurance or sales/customer service experience preferred; other industries acceptable.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; self-motivated and proactive.

Responsibilities

• Provide life insurance and wealth management solutions to clients in coordination with branch teams.
• Build and strengthen client relationships through sales calls, presentations and service.
• Generate leads, achieve sales targets, and assist with cross-selling of products.
• Conduct KYC/CDD/EDD as required and ensure proper documentation and compliance.
