Job summary

Manulife Financial Corporation is seeking a Financial Sales Associate to provide life insurance and wealth management solutions to the bank's clients in coordination with branch, sales and service teams. You will build relationships, generate leads, conduct client calls and meetings, and ensure compliance with KYC/CDD procedures.

You will help achieve sales targets while delivering excellent customer service and maintaining strong client relationships in an in-office Philippines setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree required.

Responsibilities

• Provide life insurance and wealth management solutions to bank clients.
• Work with branch, sales and service teams to address protection and savings needs.
• Strengthen client relationships by delivering excellent service.
• Generate new accounts and deepen existing relationships for profitability.
• Prepare and review sales plans, conduct client calls and presentations, and report results.
• Ensure KYC/CDD procedures are followed per client risk profile.
