Job summary

Quess (Philippines) Corp is hiring a Customer Service Representative for Life & Annuities Insurance. You will handle customer inquiries through voice and non-voice channels, provide accurate guidance on insurance accounts, and document interactions.

Candidates with at least 6 months BPO experience or college graduates are welcome; a high school diploma is also eligible. Graveyard shifts available; strong communication and customer service skills are required.

Qualifications

High School or Senior High School graduate.
At least 6 months BPO experience.
College graduates with or without BPO experience are welcome.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Willing to work graveyard shifts.
Willing to handle Voice and Non-Voice transactions.

Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries and concerns through voice and non-voice channels.
Provide accurate and professional insurance-related assistance.
Assist customers with Life & Annuities accounts, policies, and requests.
Review customer information and provide solutions per procedures.
Accurately document interactions and update account information.
Deliver excellent customer service with a professional, customer-focused approach.
Follow schedules, including graveyard shifts.
Meet quality, productivity, and customer service targets.
