Quess (Philippines) Corp is seeking Customer Service Representatives for the Life & Annuities Insurance Campaign. This onsite role at MOA, Pasay City and Alabang handles inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing policy information and assisting with account concerns in a compliant manner.

You will manage inquiries about life insurance and annuity products, document interactions, and strive for quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate with at least 6 months BPO experience.
College Graduate applicants are welcome even without BPO experience.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Willing to work onsite in MOA, Pasay City and Alabang.
Amenable to work on a graveyard shift schedule.
Basic computer navigation and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, and chat.
Assist customers with inquiries related to life insurance and annuity products.
Provide accurate information regarding policies, benefits, claims, and account updates.
