Job summary

Terra Solar Philippines seeks a Land Database and GIS Specialist to lead geodetic engineering activities for land acquisition and permitting across power generation projects. The role requires a geodetic engineering background, licensure, and at least 5 years of relevant experience, with strong data analysis and GIS tool proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Geodetic Engineering, Surveying, or related field.
• Professional Geodetic Engineer license.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in geodetic surveying, land acquisition, and permits.
• Strong knowledge of land-use regulations and permitting processes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in surveying software and GIS tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee geodetic surveying activities for land acquisition purposes.
• Coordinate with landowners, stakeholders, and agencies to secure permits and land rights.
