Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Geodetic Engineering, Geography, Geomatics, Surveying, GIS, or a related field.
• Licensed Geodetic Engineer is highly preferred and may be required depending on level.
• Minimum 2 years of GIS, surveying, geospatial analysis, or land management experience.
• Proficiency in GIS and mapping software such as ArcGIS, QGIS, Google Earth, and related apps.
• Experience managing geodatabases, spatial datasets, and mapping deliverables.
• Knowledge of GPS, RTK, and surveying equipment/methodologies.
• Willing to travel frequently to project sites across the Philippines.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and manage GIS databases, geodatabases, and mapping systems for renewable projects.
• Prepare and update project maps, land-status maps, constraint maps, and other geospatial products.
• Process, encode, validate, and analyze spatial data using GIS software.
• Georeference, digitize, data convert, and integrate information from surveys and land documents.
• Coordinate acquisition of spatial data from contractors, consultants, agencies, and stakeholders.
• Support contractor engagement and monitor GIS deliverables across projects.
• Verify accuracy of survey outputs and geospatial datasets.
• Conduct site visits and field verifications; ensure GIS requirements are met.
• Coordinate with LGUs and agencies to support GIS needs; maintain records.
