The ideal candidate holds a Civil Engineering degree, is licensed, has at least 1 year in sales in construction, a valid driver's license, and is ready to travel within Luzon.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Licensed Civil Engineer in the Philippines.
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience in construction.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Metro Manila and Luzon.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients in construction.
• Identify new business opportunities for pre-engineered buildings.
• Deliver product presentations and demonstrations to clients.
• Collaborate with engineering/design teams for client solutions.
• Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
