Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering as a minimum requirement.
• At least 3 years in civil engineering with 2+ years in sales or business development in construction.
• Proficient in design software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D) and familiar with project management tools.
• Track record of meeting sales targets and strong negotiation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to explain technical concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in civil engineering and prefab sectors.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals highlighting services.
• Collaborate with sales to develop market penetration strategies.
• Conduct market research on trends, competitors, and customer needs.
• Provide technical expertise during sales: design feasibility and construction methods.
• Assist in estimating budgets and timelines from client specs.
• Coordinate with project managers and engineers for alignment with client expectations.
• Visit sites to assess progress, quality, and safety compliance.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients for ongoing satisfaction and repeat business.
• Serve as primary client contact throughout project lifecycle and coordinate with internal teams.
