Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with Sales Background.
• Minimum of 3 years in civil engineering with at least 2 years in sales/business development in construction.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar design tools.
• Familiarity with project management software.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets; strong negotiation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Strong relationship-building skills and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in civil engineering with prefab clients.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals highlighting services.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop market penetration strategies.
• Conduct market research on industry trends and customer needs.
• Provide technical expertise during the sales process on design and feasibility.
• Assist in preparing project estimates, budgets, and timelines.
• Coordinate with project managers and engineers to align client expectations.

• Serve as primary client contact throughout the project lifecycle.
