About the role

Advanced Outsourcing and Business Services Inc. is seeking a Licensed Civil Engineer to join our growing team in the Bulacan area. This is a full-time position offering an exciting opportunity to contribute to significant civil and structural engineering projects. As a Licensed Civil Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, planning, and overseeing construction projects whilst ensuring compliance with all relevant engineering standards and regulatory requirements. This position offers the chance to work on diverse projects, from infrastructure development to structural design, making a tangible impact on built environments across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop civil engineering solutions, including structural plans, technical drawings and specifications for construction projects

• Conduct site investigations, surveys and feasibility studies to assess project requirements and environmental conditions

• Prepare detailed project reports, cost estimates and schedules in accordance with industry standards and client specifications

• Oversee construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to approved designs, safety protocols and quality standards

• Perform structural analysis and calculations using industry-standard software and methodologies

• Coordinate with contractors, architects, clients and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met

• Inspect completed works and prepare documentation for project handover and compliance verification

• Maintain detailed records of project documentation, test results and quality assurance data

• Ensure all projects comply with relevant building codes, environmental regulations and safety standards

• Provide technical support and recommendations for project modifications or improvements as needed

What we're looking for

• A valid Professional Engineer (PE) License in Civil Engineering issued by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC)

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline from an accredited institution

• Minimum of 1-2 years of professional experience in civil or structural engineering projects

• Strong proficiency in engineering design software, including AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, or similar structural analysis tools

• In-depth knowledge of Philippine building codes, construction standards and safety regulations

• Excellent understanding of structural design principles, materials science and construction methodologies

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet strict deadlines

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams

• Problem-solving mindset with the capacity to develop innovative engineering solutions

• Attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance and regulatory compliance

• Experience with site supervision, quality control and project documentation is preferred
