Job summary

Nephro Specialist Inc. is expanding its network of dialysis centers and seeks a Licensed Architect to plan, supervise, and deliver new center fit-outs across multiple sites. You will lead site engineers, coordinate contractors, and ensure schedules, budgets, and quality standards are met.

The role requires 5+ years in construction or fit-out projects, proficiency in AutoCAD, and willingness to travel regularly across Visayas and Mindanao. Healthcare facility experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Licensed Architect.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in construction or fit-out projects.
• Proven experience supervising site teams and managing projects through completion.
• Strong knowledge of construction drawings, building systems, cost estimation, and scheduling.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and tools for budgeting, reporting, and project scheduling.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to travel regularly across the Visayas and Mindanao.
• Experience with healthcare facilities, dialysis centers, or multiple simultaneous projects is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assess prospective sites for layout suitability, construction requirements, and technical concerns.
• Develop and review architectural layouts, drawings, specifications, and estimates in coordination with relevant consultants.
• Prepare and monitor project schedules, budgets, and work plans across multiple sites.
• Supervise site engineers and coordinate contractors, consultants, and suppliers.
• Coordinate architectural works with structural, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and fire protection requirements.
• Coordinate provisions for dialysis equipment and water treatment systems with technical specialists.
• Work with purchasing to ensure materials and equipment arrive on schedule.
• Support the compliance team with technical documents and site readiness for permits and inspections.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, workmanship, and safety.
• Review contractor progress billings and variation orders for management approval.
