Job summary

Our Clients in the Philippines seeks a licensed Architect or Engineer to lead planning, design, construction and delivery of expansion clinics, relocations, renovations, and other improvement projects.

You will manage end-to-end technical execution from design through turnover, coordinating with stakeholders, consultants, contractors, landlords, and suppliers to deliver high-quality clinics that meet regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Licensed professional required with architectural or engineering credentials.
• Bachelor’s degree in architecture or engineering.
• 8–10 years of progressive experience in design and construction of medical facilities, healthcare, commercial or retail projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design, construction and technical delivery of expansion clinics, relocations, renovations and other improvements.
• Manage end-to-end technical execution from due diligence to turnover and operational readiness.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, consultants, contractors, landlords and suppliers to deliver high-quality clinics.
