Job summary

PM Consulting seeks a licensed architect/engineer to lead the design and construction of new clinics, relocations and renovations in the Philippines. You will oversee end-to-end technical delivery, from due diligence and design through construction, turnover and operational readiness.

You will coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners, manage procurement and budgeting, and ensure compliance with DOH requirements, LGU permits, and Philippine codes.

Qualifications

• Licensed Architect or Engineer required.
• Holds a bachelor’s degree in architecture or engineering.
• 8–10 years’ progressive experience in design/construction of medical, healthcare, commercial or retail facilities.
• Familiar with DOH requirements (PTC, LTO) and LGU permits and approvals.
• Experience in procurement, project management, cost estimation, budgeting and QA.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, MS Office; Revit/BIM is an advantage.
• Knowledge of healthcare facility planning, design and construction management.
• Knowledge of Philippine Building Code, Fire Code, Accessibility Law and healthcare facility standards.
• Experience in planning, budgeting, scheduling and contractor management.
• Ability to read/review/interpret architectural, MEPF drawings and specs.
• Strong coordination, communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Process-oriented with focus on quality, safety and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design, construction, and delivery of expansion clinics and relocations.
• Ensure projects are safe, on time, within budget, and compliant with standards.
• Manage end-to-end technical execution from due diligence to turnover and readiness.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, consultants, contractors, landlords, and suppliers.
• Oversee procurement, contractor management, and cost control.
• Ensure regulatory compliance (PTC, LTO) and LGU permits.
