About the role

WRN Health Incorporated is seeking an experienced Architect to join our team in Davao City, Davao del Sur. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in shaping the technological and structural foundations of our healthcare solutions. As an Architect, you will be responsible for designing comprehensive systems and infrastructure that support our mission to deliver innovative health services. Your strategic vision and technical expertise will directly influence how our organization scales, innovates, and serves the healthcare sector effectively.

What you'll be doing

• Designing and developing comprehensive architectural frameworks and system blueprints for healthcare technology solutions
• Evaluating and selecting appropriate technologies, tools and platforms that align with organizational objectives and industry standards
• Collaborating with stakeholders, project managers and technical teams to understand requirements and translate them into architectural solutions
• Creating detailed technical documentation, including system designs, architecture diagrams and implementation guidelines
• Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, data security standards and industry best practices in all architectural decisions
• Conducting code reviews and architectural assessments to maintain quality and consistency across projects
• Mentoring and providing technical guidance to development teams on architectural principles and design patterns
• Identifying and mitigating technical risks, scalability challenges and potential system vulnerabilities
• Staying current with emerging technologies and industry trends to continually improve architectural approaches

What we're looking for

• Graduate of Architecture with a valid PRC ID.
• Minimum of at least 2-3 years of professional experience in architectural roles or senior technical positions within complex organizations
• Extensive knowledge of system design principles, design patterns and architectural frameworks
• Strong experience with cloud platforms, microservices architecture and scalable system design
• Demonstrated expertise in healthcare or regulated industry environments is highly desirable
• Proficiency in translating business requirements into technical solutions and vice versa
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts clearly
• Experience with documentation tools, diagramming software and architectural modelling frameworks
• Strong understanding of data security, privacy compliance and risk management principles
• Proven ability to lead technical teams and influence architectural decisions at an organizational level
• Willing to travel all over the branches nationwide.
