Job summary

Millennium Erectors Corporation seeks a detail-oriented and experienced Project Architect to lead planning, design, development and coordination of architectural works for property development and construction projects in Metro Manila. Responsibilities include preparing drawings, using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, coordinating with engineers and contractors, and ensuring compliance with building codes.

The ideal candidate holds a Architecture degree, a PRC license, 2–5 years site experience, and is

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.
Licensed Architect (PRC) required.
2–5 years of site work experience.
Experience in architectural design and construction.
Proficient in AutoCAD; Revit/SketchUp is an advantage.
Knowledge of construction methods and building codes.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Willing to travel/relocate within or outside Metro Manila (within Luzon).
Site accommodation provided.

Responsibilities

Prepare architectural plans, designs, and construction drawings.
Develop and review designs using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar software.
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and project teams.
Conduct site inspections and monitor architectural works.
Ensure designs comply with building codes, specifications, and project requirements.
Review shop drawings, materials, and architectural details.
Assist in project documentation, permits, and project turnover.
